Frank Schmitt is the founder and CEO of Heartwood Recovery in Austin, TX. Heartwood Recovery provides inpatient substance abuse treatment, outpatient treatment services and transitional living for men. Frank spends his time collaborating with the leadership team, managing relations, developing strategies, managing financials, and assisting with program design, oversight and compliance. As a person in long term recovery, Frank is personally invested in helping others and finds joy in watching others recover. He is also passionate about family work and enjoys providing a space for loved ones to begin the healing process.
