Jim, a seasoned professional with an extensive 18-year tenure at Deloitte Consulting, held various consulting and leadership roles, focusing on operational improvements and financial systems implementations. He led Deloitte’s Business Intelligence practice, offering guidance to corporations, nonprofits, and government entities on organizational and technological advancements. Upon retiring from Deloitte in 2011, Jim transitioned to Southwestern Energy as the Senior Vice President of Business Information Services. There, he oversaw Business Solutions and IT support for both field operations and corporate functions until his second retirement in 2018. Currently, Jim lends his expertise to technology startups, helping them establish robust branding, functional platforms, and operational processes. His focus areas include cryptocurrency mining and leveraging blockchain technology for contract tracking and management. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. An active community member, he has contributed to several charitable organizations including the American Cancer Society and Junior Achievement. He also served as President of The Hills of Lakeway Property Owners Association and as a City Council member. Jim enjoys a fulfilling personal life, married for 38 years to Carla, and is a proud father and grandfather.
