Rachael Aaron is currently a Senior Director of Development at Venturi Private Wealth, Rachael has almost three decades of experience in the wealth management industry. As the President for the Austin/San Antonio chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, Rachael has made significant strides in promoting the advancement of women professionals through her establishment of ACG Women’s PODS. Rachael is also the founder of the “Austin Sheroes Summit,” an initiative designed to highlight the success stories of incredibly accomplished women leaders in the community. Rachael’s passion for equipping and empowering women extends beyond her professional circles, as evidenced by her decade-long service on boards of local non-profits such as SAFE and Austin Recovery. Through these efforts, she has served as a mentor to countless women.Rachael is a graduate of Leadership Austin Essentials Class 38 & is also one of five women in Austin that hold the CEPA designation, a testament to her expertise in helping business owners in the community.
