Invitation to Change

Invitation to Change (ITC) is not a support group, nor a type of therapy. ITC combines elements of evidence-based treatments, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), to empower family members and friends of people living with substance use disorders to create positive change.
